Singing, Speaking, and Dance Parts for Musicals...
The “posting of parts” for musicals often prompts a lot of questions from students and families. I always dread having to disappoint the students who do not get a part when I have tryouts. With the amount of participation we have, there is no scenario where I can give a part to every student who tries out for each musical. There are multiple things to consider when I choose roles, so I want to answer some of the most frequently asked questions that families and students have asked in the past.
